An award-winning director of
special effects, designer Steve Cejtin
currently directs his new high-end imaging facility, Hammer &
Pixel ,
in the heart of Evanston's Main Street District.
Hammer & Pixel
has extensive knowledge of special effects and motion graphics
for
video, film, and the web, with both a production and post-production
point of view.
H & P supplies the corporate and broadcast market with memorable
imagery, and produces cinematography for virtual reality
gaming and stereo-vision.
Hammer & Pixel also has much experience with motion
graphicsand animated components for the web.
At Hammer & Pixel
experimentation is continual.
Hammer & Pixel's
shooting, editing, design and compositing skills have earned it
several New York film festival awards, Houston film festival awards
and
numerous other local honors.
Recent work has included pieces for
Cisco, Murs the rapper,NBC,Bankers Life & Casualty,
Fox Sports, Coca-Cola, The Robert Bosch Corp., Conseco,

Our versatile Special
Effecs Studio is equipped with a Large Green Screen Area,
Multiple Camera "Nests", and an array of camera rigs
and motion control apparatus.
The studio measures 33' X 50' ,with 17' ceilings and a functioning
kitchen.
Cejtin has been in
post-production since 1978, and started
